in construction/MEP projects and be proficient in project scheduling, progress monitoring, and delay analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6/MS Project
.
Monitor project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with MEP teams to ensure alignment with project timelines.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders.
Conduct delay analysis and propose mitigation strategies.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and contractual obligations.
Liaise with contractors, consultants, and clients for schedule updates.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field

5+ years of UAE experience
in
MEP project planning
.
Strong expertise in
Primavera P6 & MS Project
.
Knowledge of construction methodologies, MEP systems, and sequencing.
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills.
