Our client is a main contracting company based in Ras Al Khaimah is urgently in need of Planning Engineer who is proactive, agile and motivated to be heavily involved in producing and the coordination of programs for various types of projects such as residential, retail, offices and government buildings.

Description
Responsibilities:- Analyses work program (baseline, recovery and construction)
- Prepare detailed baseline Program.
- Worked closely with the Planning Manager to get approval for the Baseline programs.
- Preparation and Tracking of Engineering and Procurement and Production Plan for the Project.
- Prepare KPI?s, histograms, S-curves and other analyses.
- Progress Monitoring, Updating, Analysis and Computing Variances.
- Preparation of Extension of Time (EOT)
- Preparation of Budget and Cash flow for the projects,
- Preparation of Reports and Projections (Cost, Manpower, Progress of Work, Major Billing Areas, Major Equipment Installation, etc.)
- Update the schedule, the progress monitoring & recording (weekly, monthly and yearly progress reports).
- Monitoring and tracking Progress of works and Key Deliverables of In-house team & Subcontractor.
- Must have an Engineering Degree in Civils or any similar construction related subject.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in the UAE with a Main Contractor.
- Good Knowledge of P6 planning software
- Strong personal skills with excellent command in English (speaking and writing).
- Well-presented, professional and a team player.
- Available to relocate to Ras Al Khaimah or based in Ras Al Khaimah is highly preferred.
