Job Description

PTWL is seeking an experienced

Planning Engineer - Landscaping Projects

with

4+ years of relevant experience

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, reporting, and supporting project management activities for landscaping projects.

Prepare

baseline programs

, project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and timelines in line with the project management plan. Develop

resource plans

, including

cash flow forecasts and manpower histograms

. Prepare and support

Extension of Time (EOT) claims

. Plan and sequence construction activities, analyze delays, perform resource loading, and prepare progress reports. Update project programs on a

weekly and monthly basis

. Prepare

weekly and monthly progress reports

for management review. Coordinate with all project stakeholders to collect and consolidate project status information. Develop and maintain

master project schedules

, including tracking construction activities, submittals, material deliveries, procurement logs, and productivity metrics. Monitor progress, identify deviations, and recommend

corrective actions

to ensure project timelines are met. Report to the

Technical and Commercial Manager

and support project administration, including scheduling meetings, recording decisions, updating workflows, and maintaining documentation.

Requirements & Qualifications

Proven experience working in

landscaping companies

or a similar construction role. Experience managing

residential and commercial projects

. Hands-on experience with

Primavera P6

,

MS Office

, and

MS Excel

. Strong typing, editing, and data organization skills. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, MEP, or a related field

. Valid UAE Drivers License is a must
