Al Marwan Group is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented
Planning Engineer
to join our infrastructure projects team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and baseline preparation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, review, and maintain
baseline project schedules
and updates. Monitor project progress and provideaccurate reports
to management. Coordinate with project teams to ensure tasks align with schedule milestones. Identify potential delays or risks and recommend corrective actions. Ensure adherence to UAE regulations and industry best practices. Support project cost control and resource allocation through effective planning. Participate in project meetings and provide technical guidance on planning issues.Requirements:
5+ years of UAE experience
in the same role within infrastructure projects. Civil Engineering degree or diploma. In-depth knowledge ofbaseline project preparation, scheduling tools (Primavera P6/MS Project), and project monitoring
. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment and manage multiple tasks.What We Offer:
