Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Prepare baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, and recovery plans
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly
Analyze delays and prepare Extension of Time (EOT) and delay impact analysis reports
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Support resource planning and cash flow forecasts
Ensure planning aligns with contractual requirements and project milestones
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum
5-10 years
of experience as a Planning Engineer
Proven experience in
high-rise building projects
Proficiency in
Primavera P6
(mandatory); MS Project is an advantage
Good knowledge of construction sequencing and methodologies
Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
