Al Farah Contracting & General Transport LLC is actively seeking a

Planning Engineer

with a strong background in the

Oil & Gas industry

and

native Arabic language proficiency

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. Monitor and report progress against project baselines. Analyze critical paths and constraints to determine the effect of changes to schedule and recommend workarounds. Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, and project managers to update project plans. Participate in project progress meetings and generate necessary reports (S-curves, histograms, earned value analysis). Identify potential delays and propose mitigation strategies. Support the preparation of extension of time (EOT) claims and recovery plans when needed.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in Oil & Gas projects

. Proficiency in project planning software (Primavera P6 is a must). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Fluency in

Arabic (native)

and good command of English (verbal and written). Ability to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines.
