Job Description
Our client, a Contracting & Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer - High Rise Building Projects for their office based in Ras Al Khaimah.

- Bachelor\'s Engineering Degree.
- 5-10 years of GCC experience in construction projects - High Rise Building Projects
- Proficiency in computers and related software like AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Projects, or equivalents.
- Strong planning and scheduling skills for construction projects.
- Good knowledge of construction processes and materials.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to review and validate project documents including contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Develop project schedules, ensuring accuracy and alignment with project goals and deadlines.
- Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets that meet them.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Primavera, MS Projects, or equivalents to plan, schedule and track project timelines.
- Apply expertise in construction processes and materials to optimize project planning and execution.
- Employ excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and mitigate project risks, developing strategies to ensure project success.
- Review and validate project documents, ensuring compliance with contracts, drawings, and specifications.
- Strive for continuous improvement of project planning and scheduling processes to enhance overall project efficiency.
