Job Summary

The Planning Engineer is responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery. The role involves coordination with project teams, tracking progress, analyzing delays, and supporting project control functions.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly Identify schedule risks, delays, and critical path activities Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and look-ahead schedules Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and site teams Support cost control, resource planning, and cash flow forecasting Analyze variances and propose corrective actions Participate in project meetings and provide planning inputs Ensure planning standards and project control procedures are followed
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Civil Engineering

3-5 years

of experience in project planning Good understanding of project management principles Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and resource loading
