We are seeking a qualified Planning Engineer to join our project team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring project progress, and ensuring that project timelines are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and develop project schedules using Primavera P6
Establish baseline programs and monitor project progress
Update schedules and analyze any delays or risks
Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and subcontractors
Assist in preparing recovery programs when required
Ensure compliance with contract and project requirements
Provide planning support to management and project teams
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
Minimum 6 years experience as a Planning Engineer in UAE
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Excel
Good understanding of construction sequencing and methodologies
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Good communication and reporting skills in English
Preferred:
UAE experience
Knowledge of delay analysis and reporting
