Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Prepare and update
project schedules
using planning software (Primavera P6 ). Developbaseline programs
, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project timelines. Monitor project progress and identify schedule delays. Prepareweekly and monthly progress reports
. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors. Analyze project risks and proposerecovery plans
. Track manpower, material, and equipment resources. Assist in claims, extensions of time (EOT), and delay analysis. Ensure project activities align with contractual requirements. Maintain planning and scheduling documentation.Requirements / Qualifications:
Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related field. Experience in planning and scheduling of building projects preferred. Proficiency inPrimavera P6
. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED1,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
