Job Description
Job Title: Planning Engineer - Construction
:
Prepare and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project
Develop baseline programs, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource plans
Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
Analyze delays, risks, and variances; propose corrective actions
Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors
Prepare look-ahead schedules and cash flow forecasts
Support claims, extensions of time (EOT), and project documentation
Ensure schedules align with contract requirements and milestones.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
5+ years of experience in construction planning (civil/building/infrastructure)
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Excel
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Dubai
