4-6 Years (GCC Mandatory
)Qualification:
NICMAR PreferredJob Responsibilities:
Prepare and update project schedules using Primavera (P6). Coordinate with facade engineering, design, procurement, and site teams. Track project progress, identify delays, and propose recovery plans. Prepare weekly & monthly progress reports for management and clients. Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with master schedule. Monitor material deliveries, fabrication timelines, and installation sequences. Ensure compliance with project specifications, QA/QC requirements, and HSE standards. Attend coordination meetings and provide planning support to site teams.
Skills & Requirements:
4-6 years of experience
specifically in facade planning
. Strong knowledge ofPrimavera P6
, MS Project, and MS Excel. Prior experience inUAE/GCC facade projects
(Aluminium, glass, cladding). NICMAR qualification (CPM/PEM) ishighly preferred
. Strong analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlineJob Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
