Planning Engineer

Job Description
Preparing baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan.
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
Develop detailed project plans outlining the scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables for civil engineering projects.
Collaborate with project teams to ensure efficient resource allocation and scheduling.
Conduct risk assessments and provide strategic planning insights.
Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget constraints.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry within UAE Experience with project costing, contract administration, and construction claims an added advantage.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and other project management tools. Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications. Solid understanding of basic construction techniques and principles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work closely with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
