- Planning Engineer

Location: Dubai, UAE

Employment Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Managing Director

Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer with a minimum of 2 years of UAE experience to support

project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring activities. With strong analytical, reporting, and

coordination skills to ensure timely and efficient project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing baseline schedules, manpower histograms, and resource allocation plans. Monitor project progress and compare actual performance with the approved schedule. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Coordinate with project teams, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather progress data. Identify delays, risks, and variances; propose corrective and mitigation measures. Track material procurement, engineering approvals, and construction activities. Support planning-related presentations and meetings with clients and consultants. Ensure compliance with project requirements, contractual obligations, and company planning
standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in planning roles within construction or engineering projects. Strong understanding of project planning workflows and construction sequences. Good knowledge of drawings, project specifications, and site processes. Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
