We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Planning Engineer

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, with solid experience in the UAE's

Building Contracting and Fit-out industry

Key Responsibilities

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in accordance with project requirements. Prepare baseline programs, recovery programs, and revised schedules when required. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and the project team to track progress and ensure timely project delivery. Analyse project delays and propose corrective actions to recover lost time. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and communicate updates to management. Review contract specifications, drawings, and work scope to ensure accurate planning. Assist in resource planning including manpower, materials, and equipment requirements. Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and client expectations. Participate in site meetings and provide project schedule insights when needed.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering

Experience:

5-7 years of relevant experience in the UAE (Building Contracting & Fit-out industry)

Languages:

English, Hindi (Arabic preferred)

UAE Driving License:

Mandatory

Compensation & Benefits

Salary:

AED 7,000 - AED10,000 (all-inclusive)

Annual Flight Ticket:

Provided once every year (fixed amount)

Leave Policy:

30 days annual leave after completion of 1 year
