Develop and prepare design and planning programs aligned with project goals, scope, and timelines.
Understand project specifications and prepare comprehensive time schedules and budgets.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly using Primavera P6.
Participate in regular progress meetings with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
Generate and maintain accurate progress and performance reports.
Track and record scope changes, trends, and variances that may impact project schedules.
Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to evaluate project performance.
Prepare dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Power BI.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proficiency in Primavera P6 (mandatory).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI for reporting and analytics.
Strong understanding of Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
3-4 Years (UAE Experience Mandatory) & Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
