Job Summary:

We are looking for a

Senior Planner (Programmer)

with strong experience in construction project scheduling and planning. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and updating project schedules to ensure timely project delivery. Candidates must have hands-on experience using

Primavera P6

or other project management software used in construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, monitor, and update project schedules for all phases of construction. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather project progress and update schedules accordingly. Analyze project performance and identify critical paths, delays, and mitigation strategies. Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and delay analysis for management and clients. Ensure compliance with project timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Assist in resource planning, cost loading, and productivity tracking. Support tender and proposal teams with baseline schedules and planning inputs. Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to manage schedule risks.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum

5 years of experience in construction planning

(building, infrastructure, or related projects). Proficient in

Primavera P6

, MS Project, or other construction scheduling software. Strong understanding of project management principles and construction sequences. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Good communication and coordination abilities.

Software Knowledge:

Primavera P6 (Preferred)

MS Project MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
