We are looking for an experienced
Planning Engineer
to join our team for ournew projects (Fitout & Finishing)
based inEthiopia (Africa).

Must be willing to relocate to EthiopiaKey Requirements
Experience:
7-12 years inplanning and scheduling
of large-scale residential, commercial, andluxurious high-budget villa projects (fit-out & finishing works)
-- preferably inGCC or international markets
.Expertise:
Proven record in preparingbaseline programs, resource allocation, progress monitoring, and recovery plans
.Project Control:
Strong knowledge ofcost control, budgeting, forecasting, material tracking, and reporting
usingPrimavera P6 / MS Project
.Coordination:
Ability to work closely withProject Managers, Consultants, and Subcontractors
to ensure alignment with timelines and deliverables.Technical Knowledge:
Deep understanding ofcivil, architectural, interior fit-out, and MEP works
with respect to planning and sequencing.Software Proficiency:
Excellent command ofPrimavera P6, MS Project, and MS Excel
for advanced planning and reporting.Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent (BE/B.Tech)
from a recognized university.Skills:
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting abilities.Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred (maximum notice period: 20-30 days).Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
