Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Planning Engineer

to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring that all activities are executed on time and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules.

Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, procurement, and subcontractors to align project deliverables.

Monitor project progress and prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for management and clients.

Analyze resource requirements, productivity, and performance against baseline programs.

Identify potential delays, risks, and bottlenecks; propose effective recovery/mitigation plans.

Support claims preparation and Extension of Time (EOT) requests with proper documentation.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, contractual obligations, and company standards.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum [4] years of proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction, fit-out, or MEP projects.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, Auto CAD , and MS Office applications.

Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Knowledge of cost control, risk management, and claims is an added advantage.

VALID DRIVE'S LICENSE
