Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and monitor project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project. Coordinate with project Engineer, site engineers, and subcontractors to gather progress data. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports,and progress charts. Track critical activities and highlight potential delays to the project team. Assist in preparing recovery programs and mitigation plans if delays occur. Review and update manpower histograms and resource allocation plans. Ensure compliance with client reporting requirements. Maintain proper documentation for schedule updates and approvals.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, 2-3 years of relevant planning experience in construction or interior fit-out projects. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and/or MS Project. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to prepare professional weekly and monthly reports. Good communication and coordination skills. Knowledge of project management principles and construction processes.
Preferred:
Experience in UAE/GCC projects.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
