Job Description
We are seeking an experienced
Planning Engineer
to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and monitoring the project construction program, ensuring activities are executed efficiently and on schedule.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, update, and maintain project construction programs. Oversee logistics, resource deployment, and workforce planning. Monitor budgets and ensure projects remain within cost and time targets. Work closely with estimators, engineers, surveyors, architects, and BIM specialists to manage and resolve conflicting priorities. Track project progress, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions when required. Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of
10 years of proven experience
in construction planning works. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and project management processes. Full awareness and proficiency inplanning and scheduling software
(e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project). Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams under tight deadlines.Job Type: Full-time
