Job Description
We are one of the leading contracting companies in UAE. It was established in 1998 and since then have been doing Government Projects and have completed it with success.
We are Looking for a Planning Engineer with Civil Engineering Degree.
Must have
at least 5 Years of UAE Experience in Contracting Companies
.The Candidate who can join immediately are preferred.
Candidates who have worked in Building Construction Companies shall only apply.
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules in line with project objectives and contractual requirements. Use
Primavera P6
to prepare baseline programs, progress reports, and forecasts. Track project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with approved timelines. Conduct critical path analysis and resource leveling. Prepare look-ahead schedules and update progress against baseline schedules. Support the preparation of Extension of Time (EOT) claims and delay analysis reports. Generate reports including S-Curves, histograms, and dashboards for senior management and clients. Participate in project meetings and present planning updates and recovery strategies. Coordinate with engineers, procurement, and site teams to collect progress data. Assist in risk management by identifying potential scheduling issues and proposing solutions.Job Type: Full-time
