We're Hiring: Planning Engineer (5-8 Years Experience)
We are seeking a skilled
Planning Engineer
with5 to 8 years of experience
in construction projects (buildings and infrastructure). The ideal candidate will be responsible for:Key Responsibilities:
Preparing baseline and tender programmes
Resource and cost loading (Primavera P6)
Schedule updates and progress monitoring
Generating weekly, monthly reports and dashboards
Identifying and analyzing delays and proposing corrective actions
Create Recovery and Revised Programs
Coordinating with site and technical teams
Ensuring compliance with contract conditions
Requirements:
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and advanced excel
Strong understanding of FIDIC, AACE, SCL Protocol, and contract fundamentals
Strong Communication Skills
Experience in delay analysis is an advantage
Knowledge of Power BI is an advantage
PMP certification is an advantage
