Planning Engineer with Infrastructure / Landscaping Project Experience REQUIRED for our Landscaping Projects in Dubai.
IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED
Minimum 1-2 Years UAE Experience Required
Responsibilities:
01-Prepare Baseline program, schedules, milestones, deliverables and timelines as per project management plan
02-Prepare Resources (Cash flow & manpower Histogram)
03- Prepare Extension of Time claims
04-Experienced in construction activities sequencing, delay events, resource loading, progress report
04-Updating Programs-Weekly & Monthly
05-Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
06-Coordinate with all project parties to collate project status reports.
07-Developing project master schedule, updating, monitoring and reviewing construction schedules, submittals, material delivery, procurement logs and daily follow-up in addition to the necessary productivity measurement studies and associated corrective measures
08-Reporting to Planning Manager & Support the Project Manager with project related administration, scheduling regular meetings, record decisions, create and update workflows, and provide documentation to internal team
09- Must be civil engineering graduate
10- Experience with Landscaping, Building construction and Primavera-P6, MS Office.
11-Excellent in English language.
