We are looking for a motivated and detail?oriented

Planning Engineer

to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be a Civil Engineering graduate with 2-3 years of experience in the UAE construction sector, responsible for supporting project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure timely and cost?effective project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and project plans. Prepare and update project progress reports, including resource allocation, manpower, and cost tracking. Monitor construction progress against the baseline schedule and highlight potential delays or risks. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project milestones are achieved. Support in preparing project control documents, dashboards, and progress presentations. Ensure compliance with project timelines, specifications, and quality standards. Assist in claims, variations, and extension of time (EOT) documentation when required. Utilize project management software (Primavera P6/MS Project) for schedule development and monitoring.

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering. 2-3 years of relevant work experience in the UAE construction industry. Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6, MS Project). Strong knowledge of construction methods, project controls, and scheduling techniques. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
