Job Summary:

Multiscale Aluminium & Metal Industries is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced

Planning Engineer

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the facade industry and a proven track record of successful project planning and scheduling in the UAE. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring project progress, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage detailed project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, design, procurement, production, and installation teams to gather project data. Monitor project progress and identify delays or potential risks, providing solutions to maintain timelines. Prepare and update look-ahead schedules and progress reports for management and clients. Track and control resources, manpower, materials, and equipment usage. Assist in preparation of project baseline programs and recovery plans. Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and site installation timelines. Analyze productivity trends and suggest improvements for time and cost optimization. Generate regular reports including project status, variance reports, and forecasts. Participate in client meetings, site visits, and progress reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Minimum

3 years of GCC experience / Homecountry Experience

in the

Facade / Aluminium / Metal industry

. Proficiency in

Primavera P6

, MS Project, and MS Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong understanding of facade systems, curtain walls, cladding, and metal works. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and clients. Knowledge of project cost control and resource planning is an advantage.

Preferred:

Experience working with ISO-certified companies. PMP or other planning certifications are a plus.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
