Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our reputable Construction Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in planning and scheduling, with at least 7 years of relevant experience in the UAE construction industry.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules. Coordinate with project managers and site teams to ensure project timelines are met. Monitor project progress and identify potential delays. Prepare progress reports and present them to stakeholders. Implement effective planning strategies to optimize project delivery. Implement extension of time claims and reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering . Minimum of 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the UAE construction industry. Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Office, etc. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones and challenges. Conduct site visits, surveys, and assessments. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and project requirements. Proficiency in industry-standards. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Thorough understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
