Review and provide the Engineer's approval for the Contractor's Baseline Schedule of Works, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and Dutch Recommended Practices.
Assess project resources to confirm adequacy for timely project delivery.
Analyze updated and progress schedules to evaluate planning and scheduling data.
Identify potential delays or slippages, highlight critical events, and recommend corrective actions or mitigation measures.
Conduct "What If" scenarios to assess the time impact of changes, variations, or potential events early in the process, and advise on alternative actions before issuing instructions to contractors.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly progress reports, including program analysis, key findings, and recommendations to ensure timely project completion.
Support progress validation for monthly payment claims.
Coordinate with the Client to finalize contractors' schedules, reports, and claims.
Attend planning and progress meetings as needed.
Develop and maintain trackers/logs to monitor key issues throughout the design and construction phases.
Prepare manpower and equipment histograms, S-curves, look-ahead schedules, and comprehensive weekly/monthly progress reports.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in project planning.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project is essential.
Strong ability to perform time impact and window analysis using Primavera
