We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Planning Engineer

to join our team and contribute to the successful execution of our ongoing and upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project. Develop baseline programs, look-ahead schedules, recovery plans, and time-impact analysis. Monitor project progress and performance against schedules, identifying risks, delays, and bottlenecks. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to gather progress data and ensure accurate reporting. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client review. Support in resource planning and allocation to meet project milestones. Assist in claims and variation assessments related to time extensions and disruptions. Attend project meetings and provide planning and scheduling input as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning and scheduling within the construction industry. Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong understanding of construction methods, workflows, and sequencing. Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines. Knowledge of contract terms (FIDIC is a plus).
