Purpose of the role

? To ensure that the correct products are sent to the right vendor for production

? To ensure that the cost of each project is as per norms laid out by the company

? To ensure the partner vendors' follow the quality and turnaround time norms of the company

To ensure that correct products are sent to the right vendor for production Manage a team to Check drawings received by the designer for manufacturing and module feasibility Provide correct feedback to the designers Assign the project to a factory based on factory's PI and current load To ensure that the cost of each project is as per norms laid out by the company Estimate all costs related to the project through and ensure they are below a specified value before production Check and correct the value quoted to the client before production Validate each project cost through multi-vendor PIs Ensure the actual cost are very close to estimated costs To ensure the partner factories' follow the quality and turnaround time norms of the company Clarification of factory queries in a timely manner Regular follow up with factories on each project under production Clarifying and solving material related issues during installation.

You are best suited for the role when you are:

? A process driven project management professional with quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

? A project management professional with minimum 5 years of experience in the building construction industry.

? Relevant experience of managing interior fit-out projects including residential, retail and office projects.

? Knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs

? Tech-savvy professional with experience in successfully adopting digital and technology initiatives

? Ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.

? Ability to work well under pressure and to work independently with minimal supervision
