Planning Engineer

Job Description
We are looking for a Planning Engineer in the Electrical Distribution Department who will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing detailed project schedules to ensure the efficient execution of electrical distribution projects. The role demands strong technical expertise in planning and scheduling tools, as well as a deep understanding of electrical distribution systems, to optimize project timelines and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update project schedules using Primavera (P6) or MS Project. Coordinate with project teams to define timelines, milestones, and resources. Monitor progress, track delays, and provide regular reports to management. Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently. Identify risks and implement corrective actions to stay on schedule. Maintain documentation for all scheduling activities and changes. Collaborate with engineering and construction teams for smooth execution.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. 5+ years of experience in project planning within the electrical distribution or power industry. Proven experience with planning tools (Primavera P6, Microsoft Project).

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
