Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in planning and scheduling construction projects. Strong experience in high-rise buildings or large-scale developments. Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and MS Office Suite. Well-versed in FIDIC contract conditions and their application in planning and claims. Strong knowledge of project controls, cost and resource loading, and risk analysis. Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills. Familiarity with Dubai authority procedures is an advantage. A background in an engineering consultancy office in Dubai
Responsibilities:
Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure timely project delivery. Prepare baseline programs, recovery plans, and extension of time (EOT) claims. Monitor progress, identify delays, and propose mitigation measures. Generate weekly and monthly progress reports for internal and client use. Attend planning and coordination meetings with clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with contract requirements and planning procedures.
