We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Planning Engineer

with 5 years of experience in the

interior fit-out industry

. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing project schedules, procurement schedule, internal delivery schedule, updating schedules in Asana, tracking progress, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely completion of high-quality interior fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, designers, and procurement teams to align timelines and deliverables. Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly to reflect actual progress. Identify potential delays and risks; recommend and implement corrective actions. Prepare and present weekly/monthly progress reports to stakeholders. Ensure alignment of project timelines with contractual obligations. Assist in resource planning and cost forecasting. Support in tender planning and program development for new bids. Ensure all planning activities comply with company policies and health and safety standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in planning within the

interior fit-out

sector. Proficiency in planning software such as

Primavera P6

and

MS Project

. Solid understanding of interior fit-out processes, materials, and construction practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred:

PMP or equivalent project management certification is an advantage. Experience with cost control and commercial aspects of projects.
