Responsibilities

Develop project program in accordance with the project scope of work. Ensure the timely preparation of charts and diagrams as required for reports, indicating planned, actual, and forecast. Prepare narratives for reports, analyze achievements and their likely effects on remaining scope of work. Attend regular progress meetings with project Management, Engineering, Procurement and Construction as appropriate to ensure the work is being carried out in line with the agreed program. Assist Operation Manager & Quantity Surveyor in tracking the project against its baseline schedule. Identify the potential areas of delay, highlight the critical events & suggest/provide mitigation measures to minimize those delays during progress meetings. Updating programs and preparation of reports (weekly) Preparation of monthly progress reports. Support in preparing any documentation required by the Operation Department.
Qualification

Experience in luxury villas ( 5 years in Dubai)

Bachelor's Degree, ideally in Engineering or Science MS Project software skills Excellent Microsoft Office Skills Good communication & presentation skills Landscape, Interior - Fit-out and Civil works experience is an advantage. Focused on project delivery Team player, good co-ordination, and interfacing skills Strong commitment to deadlines
