At least 5 years of experience in MEP construction planning or related fields and Must have consultant Experience

Expertise in planning engineering, project scheduling, and program management

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in delay analysis, extension of time (EOT) preparation, and risk management

Excellent communication skills with experience collaborating across stakeholders, clients, and site teams

Detailed understanding of budgeting, procurement, and financial control for large-scale capital projects

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, or a related discipline

Core Accountabilities

Establish and manage a robust operational framework to ensure the delivery of full project lifecycle planning and control services

Monitor contractor programs, identify delays, and flag risks to maintain adherence to project timelines

Prepare and validate contractor Extension of Time (EOT) claims, including delay and window analysis

Provide proactive support to Resident Engineers and Project Managers in managing risks, opportunities, and mitigation strategies

Collaborate with stakeholders to align on project deliverables, progress, and corrective actions when required

Drive operational excellence, focusing on design delivery, risk management, and program development

Coordinate manpower, cash flow, and resource planning for site and design teams across multiple projects

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for clients and management on project progress and performance

Duties and Responsibilities

Review and comment/accept Clause 8.3/14.1 programs submitted by contractors

Prepare and validate delay analysis, time impact studies, window analysis, and risk reports on a monthly basis

Collaborate with contractor planners to monitor baseline programs and ensure compliance with project requirements

Identify and analyze delays with site teams, advising Project Managers on issuing delay notices to contractors

Develop and implement project control tools and techniques to ensure success and client satisfaction

Conduct risk analysis, prepare mitigation strategies, and present findings to stakeholders

Drive excellence in proposal planning by contributing program inputs and strategies

Prepare cash and resource-loaded programs in Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives

Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly reports for clients and management, covering project performance, progress, risks, and corrective actions

Attend regular progress meetings with clients, project teams, and contractors to discuss project performance, deliverables, and corrective actions

Manage relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

Coordinate with management and site teams for manpower and resource planning, as well as staff allocation

Monitor contractor programs and calculate project delays relative to the baseline program

Support Resident Engineers in managing site-specific challenges while ensuring project timelines and budgets are maintained

Leverage the latest technologies and automation in project planning and controls
