Job Responsibilities: To attend/ participate in the Projects Kickoff meeting with the PMs, Design dept. head & Factory Production team and to make sure the minutes of the meeting prepared with full details and clear for all participants. - To brief his team (Technical, Estimators, Logistics) about the projects / clients requirements. - Prepare Resources and Cost load program.- Monitor Suppliers and Subcontractors programs and deliveries.- Review the Projects drawings and B.O.Q.- Prepare Drawings and Materials Log.- To do the Value Engineering in Drawings and Materials and solve any technical / material/ or design issue. - Allocate the work to his team as per the agreed/approved Program.- Advise the PM and Clients about the selected materials.- To Guide and Monitor (Technical, Estimators, Logistics) teams to meet the agreed plan.- Utilize the proper Software for Shop Drawings, B.O.M and Cut lists.- Issuing Production Order and Cutting files/lists for production team, including the CNC Job orders and 3D design approved by client and PMs and BUH. - Tracking / monitoring for the progress against planned schedules and highlight the critical activities.To submit the Technical reports and updates to the PM, FPM, & BUH Minimum Requirements- Bachelor Degree in Architectural, Civil or Mechanical Engineering.- Minimum 12 years in the same field with hands on experience including Carpentry, Metal fabrication and welding, fit-out, Acrylic. - Knowledge about the used materials in production (quality, cost, efficiency) - Computer skills in AutoCAD, MS Office, MS Windows.- Management skills, Commitment, Initiative, & Problems solving skills Joining: Immediate (Cancelled/Visit Visa can apply) Location: National Industries Park-Jebel Ali Dubai Interested candidates please share the resume with Subject \xe2\x80\x93 Planning Engineer to: Seema.kheroria@rely-uae.com Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
