Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Updating the Site progress
- Updating the Engineering and procurement in detailed activity wise.
- Providing Programmes for subcontract scope of works
- Billing progress % Invoices for Subcontractors
- Progress monitoring
- Planning Reports
- Forecast of material and resources
- Involving in Planning related documentation works as required.
- Upcoming RFQs / Change Orders
- Subcontractor Earned Value reporting from Cost loaded schedule.
- Re-sequence of activities as per Updates in Primavera P6 in discussion with construction and engineering departments
- Fixing out of Sequence activities
- Daily report update compliance as per programme update
- Min 10 years experience as a Planning Engineer
- Good experience in building projects (high-rise, residential)
- Should have experience in contractor and consultancy.
- Should be civil engineer or civil diploma holder.
- Proficient in Primavera 6 software
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture / Engineering
