We are hiring Planning Engineer!!! Qualification : Civil Engineering Degree Experience : At least 4 - 5 years post qualification experience, out of which 2 years should be in a contracting company in UAE. Salary Range : AED 4000- 4500 JOB DESCRIPTION: \xe2\x9e\xa2 To understand the project scope, conditions of contract, BOQ and to prepare L-4
schedule in line to project requirements (detailed program of works with resource
loading). \xe2\x9e\xa2 To identify long leads and procurement tracker for it. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Identify delays, critical paths, areas of concern and propose corrective action to the operations. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Prepare manpower histograms& cash flow based on the project schedule. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Produce KPI\xe2\x80\x99s for Project performance. \xe2\x9e\xa2 To measure and monitor progress to get the actual production rates. \xe2\x9e\xa2 To analyze progress and time delays & and submission of Extension of Time. \xe2\x9e\xa2 To propose corrective actions to be able to consequently meet the milestone dates and propose recovery programs. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Identify variances between planned-actual progress and produce weekly and monthly progress reports. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Update planning programs with actual \xe2\x80\x93 on site progress/project progress indicators. \xe2\x9e\xa2 To acquire information from site required for issuing and updating the section work program and projects master program. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Ensure adherence to Base line schedules. \xe2\x9e\xa2 To assist in the programming of works &Update/produce weekly/monthly progress reports and produce. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Review planned vs. Actual resource levels. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Conduct site inspections in consultation with Site Engineers to acquire updated information on progress of the section with the actual and planned figures. \xe2\x9e\xa2 Coordinate with various departments as necessary, like procurement and technical. Ensure all planning activities comply with current processes and procedures. \xe2\x9e\xa2 To make time schedules for various packages \xe2\x9e\xa2 Represent Planning function at meetings and undertake team briefing.
