We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Planning Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing the Planning related Deliverables for the project and having hands on experience in using the latest version of Primavera P6. Key Responsibilities: Develop comprehensive project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation, and critical path analysis. Prepare and maintain project micro level plans, progress reports, and performance metrics. Monitor project progress, identify deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions as needed. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and resolve scheduling issues. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs through effective communication and documentation. Preparation of Delay Notices and Extension of Time Claims. Provide accurate and timely progress reports to project stakeholders. Assist in resource allocation and optimization to ensure efficient project execution. Participate in project meetings to provide scheduling insights and recommendations. Stay updated on industry best practices and construction technologies to enhance planning processes. Qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 7+ years of experience as a Planning Engineer in the construction industry, with a focus on contracting projects. Proficiency in project management software, such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office. Strong understanding of construction project planning and scheduling methodologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Job Type: Full-time Salary: From AED1.00 per month
