Job Title: Planning Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

- Preparation and management of the Master Production Schedules for the Group including India (Daily, Weekly, monthly).

- Complete Production Planning and Control of all product lines within the factory.

- Sales and Work order execution.

- Handling delivery commitments as per timelines promised to customers.

- Production Load Calculations.

- Execute timely Promised Delivery dates both to customers and internal processes for resource availability.

- Factory Output Capacity Planning.

- Daily production reports -output and deviation measurement.

- Weekly production performance.

- Material shortage follow-up.

- Inter-departmental follow-up and coordination for the sales order execution process.

- ETA/Material availability follow up with Purchase Department.

- Delay identification reports and identify areas that normally contribute to delays.

- Coordination with sales, logistics, and purchase to honor delivery dates and commitments.

- Visit production site and assembly areas for constant progress recording forecasted v/s actual.

- Support Material planning functions.

- Monitor process continuity in the production arena as per commitment.

Job Requirements:

- Must have experience in the HVAC manufacturing industry.

- Must have an engineering degree.

- Strong personality for interdepartmental follow-ups to execute.
