Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree Electrical Engineering.
- Preferable Qatar or GCC Experienced.
- Candidates should have 5 years of Experience in Oil and Gas.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel.
- Solid understanding of project lifecycle and construction/engineering project phases.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Total Salary: Qar.6500/- (Basic- Qar.3500/-, Food - Qar.750/-, Site Allowance - Qar.1000/-, Fixed Over Time - Qar.1250/) + Bachelor sharing Accommodation

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop, update, and monitor detailed project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar software.
- Work closely with project managers and engineering teams to define project scope, deliverables, and milestones.
- Prepare baseline schedules, progress reports, and recovery plans.
- Track project performance and analyze variances between planned and actual progress.
- Identify critical paths, risks, and delays; propose corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with various departments (engineering, procurement, construction) to ensure alignment with project timelines.
- Generate weekly/monthly progress reports and dashboards for internal and client reporting.
- Assist in resource planning and cost-loading of schedules if required.
- Support the preparation of project extension of time (EOT) claims and delay analysis.
- Ensure planning and scheduling activities comply with company standards and contractual requirements.
