Job Description

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive project schedules, plans, and timelines using tools such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Monitor project progress, identify potential delays, and recommend corrective actions to meet deadlines. Analyze project requirements and allocate resources effectively to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align plans with project objectives. Prepare and present progress reports, performance metrics, and forecasts to stakeholders. policies in project planning and execution. Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impacts on project schedules and budgets.

Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction, oil & gas projects. Proficiency in project planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project. Strong understanding of project management principles, cost control, and risk assessment. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with diverse teams. PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
