Qualifications
- Preferably UPDA Certified Engineer
- Has previous work experience in the same position handling building construction projects.
- Proficient in Primavera and MS Excel
Create and develop baseline program detailing time, resources and cost.- Prepare and update the project program to ensure the set timeframes and deadlines are met.
- Identify delays caused by various factors and prepare related claims for extension of time accordingly.
