Job Description
An exciting opportunity has opened up for a Planning Engineer to work with a leading tier 1 contractor in Bahrain on a large critical government facility. Key duties: \xe2\x80\x93 To estimate a timescale for a project and to ensure that the outlined deadlines are met \xe2\x80\x93 Ensuring that the project runs on schedule and that material supplies are sufficient \xe2\x80\x93 Guarantee that plans meet the client\xe2\x80\x99s specification \xe2\x80\x93 Create estimation for timescales and costs \xe2\x80\x93 Supervise the project at all stages and provide solution to problems \xe2\x80\x93 Ensure procedures are carried out safely \xe2\x80\x93 Responsible for planning and coordinating the materials, plans, equipment and labour \xe2\x80\x93 Develop the cause-and-effect delay analysis in line with the project \xe2\x80\x93 specific requirements and coordinate with PMs to establish the claims effectively \xe2\x80\x93 To coordinate with PMs and develop the resource analysis of the project, based on the approved baseline programs \xe2\x80\x93 Criteria: \xe2\x80\x93 7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a similar role including Middle East experience and ideally Bahrain experience.
