Position Overview
Azizi Developments in Dubai is hiring a Planning Engineer to develop and manage project schedules, analyze progress, and support project controls across high-rise, residential, and mixed-use developments. The role ensures accurate scheduling, data-driven reporting, and strong coordination with project teams to keep projects on track.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed project schedules, resource plans, and work breakdown structures using Primavera P6
• Monitor and update project progress and report deviations from the baseline
• Prepare periodic progress reports, dashboards, and summaries using Power BI
• Analyze project performance to identify delays, bottlenecks, and risks, recommending corrective measures
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to gather accurate progress data
• Review subcontractor schedules and integrate them into the master project schedule
• Conduct schedule impact analyses for variations, change orders, and extensions of time
• Support project control and cost control functions with forecasting and performance metrics including EV, CPI, and SPI
• Assist in developing progress measurement systems, manpower histograms, and cash flow forecasts

Ideal Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• 5-8 years of UAE planning experience in building construction projects
• Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and Power BI
• Good understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling methodologies, and project controls
• Experience preparing manpower histograms, progress measurement systems, and cash flow plans
• Strong analytical and communication skills
