Prepare
Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
, activity sequencing, and critical path analysis.
Monitor and track project progress, identifying delays or risks and recommending corrective actions.
Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and contractors to align planning with site execution.
Assist in
resource planning
, including manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
Prepare
daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports
, dashboards, and project updates for management.
Support project controls by maintaining accurate documentation, including baseline schedules, updates, and change logs.
Review contractor schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Participate in site meetings to provide technical planning input and suggest improvements.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or related discipline.
4-8 years of experience
as a Planning Engineer in construction projects.
Strong proficiency in
Primavera P6
, MS Project, and MS Office.
Solid understanding of
construction methodologies, site operations, and project execution
.
Experience in
high-rise, infrastructure, or industrial projects
is preferred.
Excellent analytical, coordination, and communication skills.
Ability to identify schedule risks and implement mitigation strategies effectively.
