We are looking for an experienced
Planning Engineer
to join our project management team inAl Quoz, Dubai
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules, ensuring timely and efficient project execution in line with contract requirements and company standards.Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain
project schedules
, timelines, and work breakdown structures usingPrimavera (P6)
orMS Project
. Coordinate withproject managers, site engineers, procurement, and design teams
to gather inputs for project planning. Monitor project progress, identify delays or bottlenecks, and recommendcorrective actions
. Prepareweekly and monthly progress reports
, dashboards, and project performance analyses. Track and updatemanpower, material, and equipment resources
according to the project plan. Assist in the preparation ofproject baseline schedules
andrevised schedules
as required. Analyze and report onproject variances
, critical paths, and potential risks. Ensure compliance withcontract schedules
, milestones, and deliverables. Support management inforecasting project completion dates
and resource allocation.Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering
or a related field.3-6 years of experience
as a Planning Engineer inconstruction, aluminum & facade, or fit-out projects
. Proficiency inPrimavera P6
and/orMS Project
is mandatory. Strong understanding ofproject management principles
, scheduling techniques, and resource allocation. Excellentanalytical, reporting, and communication
skills. Ability towork independently
, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.UAE experience
preferred.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
