Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced
Planning Engineer
withmore than 7 years of proven experience
to join our project team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, and controlling project progress to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.Key Responsibilities
Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using
Primavera P6
Prepare baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans Monitor project progress and analyze schedule variances Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and S-curves Conduct delay analysis and support claims and extensions of time (EOT) Ensure compliance with contract requirements and project milestones Attend progress meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholdersRequirements
Bachelor's degree in
Civil Engineering
or relevant disciplineMinimum 7 years of experience
as a Planning Engineer Strong proficiency inPrimavera P6
(mandatory) Experience inconstruction / infrastructure / high-rise building
Solid understanding of project controls, cost control, and reporting Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Strong communication and coordination skills Experience in theUAE or GCC
