The Planning Engineer will oversee project planning and scheduling, ensuring timely completion of construction projects through effective resource management and analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera (P6).
Prepare and update baselines and resource loading.
Analyze project progress and produce periodic reports.
Manage Extension of Time (EOT) claims using Time Impact and Windows Analysis.
Write technical documents, including delay notices and correspondences.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of EPC experience in General Contracting.
Proficiency in Primavera (P6) and planning software.
Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
Knowledge of construction processes and procedures.
Previous site experience preferred.
