Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Planning Engineer to support project planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting activities across ongoing projects.

Responsibilities:

Develop, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar software. Prepare baseline schedules, manpower histograms, and progress curves. Monitor project progress and identify delays or risks. Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and stakeholders for updates. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports. Analyze critical paths and propose recovery plans. Review subcontractors' schedules and ensure alignment with the main plan. Support in preparing project cash flow and resource planning. Ensure project planning complies with contract requirements.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Proven experience as a Planning Engineer in construction projects. Strong knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and scheduling techniques. Excellent analytical and reporting skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
